termsGiveaway Banners Ltd. are committed to providing a high level of service and customer satisfaction. Before placing your order please read our terms and conditions policy. Cancellations and Returns Policy Since each product is custom made we are unable to offer a return unless the product does not match the order or if it is faulty. If the product(s) delivered does not match your order please contact us via email outlining the problem and we will arrange the return of the said goods. If the goods have a problem relating to the quality of the product such as an incorrect print or a fault then a photograph together with a detailed description of the problem should be emailed to info@giveawaybanners.co.uk for us to assess. We cannot take any action on an order until all of the goods are returned to Giveaway Banners Ltd. Following the return of the goods a thorough examination will take place after which Giveaway Banners Ltd will decide whether the return is valid or not. Should the problem relate to a production issue at Giveaway Banners Ltd. then a re-print of the goods may be offered to correct the quality issue. Since every product is custom made Giveaway Banners Ltd. retains the sole rights to offer a reprint when correcting a problem with an order. A refund will be offered only when an order is cancelled prior to any work being done by Giveaway Banners Ltd. Should you need to cancel an order you should contact us by email at: info@giveawaybanners.co.uk Should an order be placed by a customer and subsequently produced by Giveaway Banners Ltd. a refund will not be offered on cancellation since the goods are custom made to customers specifications and so cannot be resold. Any problems with orders should be notified to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. A failure to do so will mean that the order has been deemed to have been accepted and checked. Delivery Please be aware that we do not accept responsibility for any failure on behalf of any courier or delivery service used to deliver goods, neither can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer by any action or inaction on the part of Giveaway Banners Ltd. or any agent acting on behalf of Giveaway Banners Ltd. Payment All invoices are payable immediately unless agreed otherwise. Should invoice terms be agreed with the customer but the balance is not met within the stated payment terms, interest will be charged as per the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Copyright The customer accepts the sole responsibility for copyright and the production of images when ordering since it is deemed the customer is the owner and as such had permission to reproduce the artwork files. Offensive material Giveaway Banners Ltd. may refuse to produce goods and print if the images or content is considered offensive or may incite hatred. In making an order you are deemed to have read and accepted the above terms and conditions. |
